God Is Faithful

The faithfulness of God came through for us again! God is a miracle-working God who is always moving on our behalf!

My husband has worked 2.5 hours away from home for the past year. He travelled home every weekend, but his position was in Regina. At the same time, we were settling into a new province, home, school, so it had been a challenging year for our family - emotionally draining and physically hard for everyone. We knew this would not be our permanent situation, and we had to remind ourselves of that constantly.

We prayed for the reunification of our family. We needed to be together! We gave a seed offering that was substantial to us, specifically for a position to open up for my husband in Saskatoon. We gave it to show God how important this was to us. We wanted to put substance behind our faith.

Two months later, an officer in Saskatoon accepted a yearlong assignment out of the office which left an open position here. On August 15th, my husband officially began working in Saskatoon. We know this 1-year temporary assignment is an answer to prayer, and we believe it is our new, forever normal. How could we not believe God when He has shown us so many times that He is faithful and good to us?
