Burst Forth - Out Of Isolation
Burst Forth - Out Of Isolation

Romans 12:12 TPT - Let this hope burst forth within you, releasing a continual joy.
Hey ladies, spring is just around the corner with a promise of warm sunshine and blooming flowers. A new season is upon us, and soon short days and cold weather will be placed in the back of our memory. The Word of God also promises new seasons ahead where we can experience His grace to help us live in freedom and joy.
Burst Forth means: "to emerge, to be unleashed, or to break loose." Doesn’t that sound great? However, to burst forth in this new season means to let go of the past season. Most of us have experienced the bitter taste of isolation this past season. Isolation isn’t good for any of us and can hinder us from moving into the next season.
Proverbs 18:1- A person who isolates themselves seeks their own desires, he or she rages against all wise judgment.
Here are three great reasons to decide to burst out of isolation.
1. God Warns Us NOT to Isolate - When I was a new believer many years ago, I told the Lord I would do anything for Him as long as it didn’t involve people. Thankfully, the Holy Spirit revealed the error in my thinking. Jesus is in the people business, and when we become Christ-like, the Lord leads us to others in our families, church communities, jobs, and more. (See Hebrews 10:24,25.)
2. Isolation can Hinder Our Healing - Some people choose to stay in isolation due to disappointments, frustrations, and often because they feel hurt or wounded by others. The Bible commands us to love our neighbours as ourselves (Mark 12:31). When we focus on others and take our eyes off our own fears and hurts, healing will come! Isaiah 58:8 - Then your light will break forth, and your healing will quickly appear; then your righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard.
3. Isolation can Hinder God’s Vision & Destiny for Our Lives - God has a plan for each of us and the body of Christ as a whole. In Acts 26:19, Paul adamantly states that he was not disobedient to the heavenly vision. God’s vision for our lives typically means being involved with others and using our character, talents, gifts, and resources to reach others and help build God’s kingdom.
In conclusion, isolation can be paralyzing and must be broken off for us to burst forth into this next season. The good news is we don’t have to do this alone. We have a heavenly Father we can trust to guide, lead, protect, and help us overcome anything that hinders us. Ask the Lord to help you and guide you. You will be encouraged, healed, and refreshed as you meet others on the journey.
