I'm not receiving any newsletters

If you have subscribed and you are not receiving any newsletters, you will want to check your SPAM or JUNK folder. If the newsletter(s) are there, you should have an option to mark the email as NOT spam or junk and future newsletters should go to your inbox.

For some internet/email providers, you may have to add as a TRUSTED domain in the SPAM filter system. Each internet/email service provider, have different setups for this. You may need to contact support and ask them to assist you on how to add as a trusted domain.

Work emails. Some business supply individuals with email address for their place of work. As a security policy, some business have to approve email addresses and/or domains before anyone can receive emails from them. If you are using a business email for WJOF newsletters, please make sure you are able to receive emails from domains. If not, you will need to subscribe using an alternative email address.
